At the core of Moonlight IT Services are the tenets of sound IT service. Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues with software or hardware is always the best first step. Applying solutions that often requires installing and configuring software and computer systems, keeping the infrastructure current. Initiating maintenance procedures and providing reports that informs the entire organization is key. On-going analysis of records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues always proves to be a proactive benefit. An organization’s IT system is only as secure as its procedures to assess and manage risks. Including a cloud continuity backup and disaster recovery system, protects your company’s computer infrastructure with complete image backup support.
Potential disasters could be any major loss of data, due to hardware, software or personnel failure. They could also be in the form of a natural disaster.
Therefore, a sound “backup” regimen should include the following:
1. On-premise On-Network Backup to cover the case of the failure of the primary backup media.
2. On-premise Off-Network Backup storage of backup media to enable a full data recovery.
3. Cloud Backup to facilitate recovery to at least the start of business on any weekday of a failure.
CLOUD SOLUTIONS
As a service (IaaS) cloud computing specialist, I configure infrastructures with virtualized computing resources via the internet. Establishing access to raw computing resources with adequate processing power, data storage capacity, and networking, within the system of a secure data center. I then work deploy, configure, maintain, and update the operation of the software applications on that same cloud infrastructure.
